Maud Perrudin joined Keller and Heckman in 2007. Ms. Perrudin's practice focuses on regulatory and compliance matters of EU Food and Drug law.
She regularly assists clients with issues relating to the marketing of foods (incl. food supplements, fortified foods, novel foods, GMOs, organic foods), food ingredients (flavoring, additives, enzymes and processing aids) and cosmetics involving compliance review of composition and labeling (incl. claims).
Prior to joining Keller and Heckman, Ms. Perrudin was a legal trainee in the European Spirits Organization (CEPS) representing producers of spirit drinks in EU institutions. Before her traineeship, she acquired practical legal skills whilst on an internship program at a French law firm specializing in EU and French Food law. She also worked with the French Food Flavoring Industry Association (SNIAA) in Paris on the evolving food flavoring regulatory framework.
Ms. Perrudin is fluent in French, English, and German.
